Shipping Policy

MintoryCards ships to the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany. We cannot currently accept orders for delivery to other countries.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany. There is no minimum order value.

Delivery times

Delivery time = handling time + transit time. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Handling time: 3–5 business days. Every order is checked and packed securely before it leaves us.
Transit time: 5–8 business days.
Estimated total delivery time: 8–13 business days from the date you place your order.

These estimates apply to all three countries we ship to. Delivery may occasionally take longer during peak periods, severe weather or carrier disruption. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please email us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also enter your tracking number on our Order Tracker page.

Currencies and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), pounds sterling (GBP) or euros (EUR) depending on the country selected in the store's country selector. Any taxes that apply to your order are shown at checkout before you pay.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or appears to be lost in transit, email support@mintorycards.com with your order number (and photos of any damage) and we will resolve it with you.
